For buyers, it's easy to find Dealer Consigned vehicles. On the main landing page or Advanced Search, select Seller, then click either "iDEAL" or "iDEAL with Post Sale Inspection". The advanced search also allows you to filter by Make, Model, State, Price Range, Third Party Inspection, and more!

The OPENLANE Market Index represents pricing and dealer vehicle interest trends across all vehicle segments in our online marketplace.
- The OPENLANE Price Index by Body Style measures pricing trends by vehicle segment. The OPENLANE Price Index by Model Year measures pricing trends by the age of the vehicle. It represents the most recent prices obtained at auction and provides for a high level trend of pricing in the just concluded month.
- The OPENLANE Vehicle Interest Indices by Body Style and Model Year trend are unique to OPENLANE and represent a leading indicator of what dealers are interested in acquiring for their used vehicle inventory.

Dealer Tips
Quickly load your inventory on to OPENLANE with PALS
OPENLANE has developed Partner Assisted Listing Service (PALS) to easily receive data from your listing service or inventory management company. This tool facilitates the vehicle listing process by bringing over your retail data and pictures.
How do I get set-up?
- Email PALS@openlane.com with your data provider name, contact person and their phone number. Or, call your iDEAL specialist at 480-556-5218.
- OPENLANE will contact your provider and have your data sent to us each night.
How do I list a car?
- Vehicles will automatically be loaded to your "Pending Listings", with all the data from the provider populated in to the correct OPENLANE fields.
- You or your iDEAL specialist will review the listing for accuracy, price the car, and release it to auction.

Q: How much do I pay to list my vehicles for sale on iDEAL?
A: Nothing. Listing is free for all iDEAL vehicles and will be listed on OPENLANE.com Open auction for 7 days.
Q: How much do I pay if one of my units sell?
A: The sales success fee for each vehicle sold on iDEAL is $125.00.
Are you still calling us via the phone? Start using the Customer Service Portal. The portal is the fastest way to get the answers to your questions The Customer Service Portal allows you to submit cases, track status, and share feedback and ideas online with OPENLANE anytime, 24/7. To access the Portal, open your "My Transactions" tab and click on "Open a case". After you create a case, simply click on "Check Status of Open Cases" on the home page. You can also click on "Open a Case" beside the vehicle you have a question on.
